Javi and the Cogarpro team transformed our property in Campoverde. New bathrooms, kitchen, replaced all windows and doors, extensive outside area tiling and metalwork. During the works, Javi himself always had suggestions to improve our ideas and we ended up with the property we had dreamed of. The whole team are hardworking, conscientious and highly skilled. We have used Javi and his team since we purchased our property in Sep 2021 for extensive works. He came to our rescue the day after we got the keys as we were broken in too. In a state of shock, he and his team rallied round and stepped up to the mark and in less than a week had installed security doors, new windows and grills. Inside the team removed an obsolete heating system, refurbished the internal doors and completely repainted throughout. Externally Cogarpro have refurbished a pool, patio and outside areas as well as new drive gates and walls, including a full exterior paint of the property and boundary wall. What I can definitely say is the Javi and his team have absolutely made our lives so much easier. The tradesmen are of the highest standard and will always go that extra mile and their work ethic is second to none. Not only has Javi done everything we have asked for but also, he has done things which needed doing of which we were not aware off. Everything we have asked of Cogarpro has been done to an extremely high standard. We still have a few outstanding projects and Cogarpro will definitely be our trusted company of choice. We would have no hesitation in recommending Javi and his team for any projects you are considering.

I was really impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work by the builders who were retiling my roof terrace. One day they arrived in the dark and left in the dark! The estimate I was given was based on the assumption that the work would take a week, but they completed the job in 3 days! Consequently the builder was able to give me a substantial discount for a job finished early! Very happy to recommend the company.
