We unfortunately had a very negative experience with Studio KUU in Javea. This architectural firm created a design for us that, afterwards, did not meet the requirements of the municipality where we wanted to build. As a result, we had to have the design modified, which was going to cost us extra time and money. In addition, they suddenly increased the prices of an already approved quote under the guise of inflation - without any transparency or prior consultation. To make matters worse, they then let us down on key points in the quote. For instance, Studio KUU was supposed to negotiate with the municipality for planning permission on our behalf, but suddenly we had to arrange this ourselves. This shows an unprofessional and unreliable approach. They stopped responding to questions and emails, which ultimately left us without support. Absolutely not recommended if you are looking for a serious and reliable architect!

A great studio run by wonderful people. Cristina and Sofia were a delight to work with and they simply made magic. They took the hassle out of a full interior refurb and decorating of a large house in record timing with an impressive result at all levels. Would use them again without a doubt.
