I originally hired this company to paint the walls of my terrace. I also ended up hiring them to redo my bathroom since the owner advised me that they do all types of work. Initially they came to my home regularly but once I left for work purposes they started spending much less time there even though they said it would be easier to "crack on" and get the job done after I’d left. After a month they had completed some other painting work but had made very little progress on my bathroom. When I started to question why, the owner brought someone in to get the tiling work done. As it turns out, someone who was homeless and completely unqualified to do the work. Someone who also decided to take up residence in my home and changed the locks. I managed to get the squatter out but I’m now left with a bathroom that has to be gutted and redone because, as a qualified contractor said about the work, everything has been done wrong. I also hired them to spray my other two bathrooms but they didn’t even fill in the holes and didn’t do enough coats; you can still see the old colour of the tiles through their paint job. As well, I received complaints from the community about the mess they kept leaving in the hallways. There are other things as well but bottom line is — avoid this company at all costs. The owner is a dishonest, unscrupulous conman who’s only in it to make a buck. He’ll come across like he cares but in the end he’s just looking to make money,

We had a villa painted in properla hydrophobic paint , not only does the property look crystal white, but after the last bad weather, we had all the sand just washed off with a hose fantastic

What you will get is: Someone who can talk and promise everything; Incompetent workers who know nothing about what they are doing; Every possible excuse for why work can’t be started/completed. What you won’t get is an honest contractor and a job well done. Fair warning ⛔️

If you have any damp problems give Smart Spray a call they were very professional and resolved a problem we had had for many years which no one else seem to be able to fix and just covered up with more paint !
