Hiring a company to refurbish a villa is always nerve-wracking, simply because there are so many horror stories around. I can absolutely say that Jürgen’s team proved to be a delight to work with. The costs were very reasonable, they turned up on time, and didn’t do a disappearing act. When we hit snags, they put forward sensible solutions that didn’t take us over budget. I’d happily recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable builder who doesn’t overcharge, and also does fantastic work.

We hired Juergen to renovate our house. We could not have been happier with our experience. Juergen is exceptionally diligent and really cares about the quality and outcome of his work. He has excellent communication and willingness to find the best solution for everything. He is easy to deal with and reliable. Most importantly as we were not overseeing the work ourselves we had to trust him and he delivered against every commitment he made and he was super transparent. I worked with other builders in the past but I would strongly recommend him.

I bought a vacation home in Sierra Blanca - Spain for investment purposes and for my family to enjoy in the summers and am glad we chose "German Build" construction company to do our remodeling. We fell in love with the house and property, but it needed a lot of improvements and upgrades to bring it to today's standards. I did a lot of word to mouth and online research in a quest to find a suitable construction company to help us make the home comfortable for us and to bring it to the level of standard and quality we desired. I grew up in Europe, but have been residing in California/USA for the last 35 years, and after having owned at least half a dozen homes and having had them remodeled/rebuilt to various levels, I can honestly tell you that I now can easily tell a good contractor from a bad one. It took me years through costly mistakes and trial and errors and a lot of of frustration and headaches to get to this point, but I am happy to say that I now can spot the right contractor fairly easily. That is how I came to find and chose German Build Contractors in Marbella to take on our construction and remodeling project. From the moment I initially spoke to the owner Jürgen over the phone and then our subsequent meeting at our property, I knew that I had found the right person and that we and our home were in good hands. Jürgen is a no-nonsense professional and perfectionist who is passionate about his craft and truly stands out in a crowd. Unlike most high end contractors that tend to be somewhat arrogant and difficult to work with, Jürgen is approachable, easy to talk to, will take the time to hear you out and actually pays attention to your needs. Once he has made an assesment, he will make well thought out suggestions, but will not hesitate to give you his honest opinion, if he thinks that something is not doable, not safe, or not cost effective, always putting his customers and their best interest first. I like that he speaks multiple languages, which makes communication so much easier and that he always makes himself available if and when needed. His German heritage and professional background are clearly noticeable in his meticulous and precise approach as well as his attention to detail and high work ethics. Being a good contractor is one thing, but being fair, ethical, a good communicator and knowing how to interact with people properly and respectfully is an entirely different thing. These are equally important and deciding factors in business when it comes to building trust and when you are about to spend tens of thousands, or even hundreds of thousands € on a building or remodeling project. I could go on and on about why I chose German Build, but in short, it came all down to those same attributes: Ethics, trust, honesty, respect, attention to detail, timeliness, professionalism, good communication, all of which I got from Jürgen and his crew. After completing my house project not only on time, but also on budget, I can honestly say that Jürgen's craftsmanship and finished project not only met, but by far exceeded my expectations. My family and I could not be happier with  our remodeled house and would genuinely and wholeheartedly recommend Jürgen and his services. In terms of cost: It really is just a realative term when it comes to what you get in return for your money. As such,  based on the quality and all the aforementioned details and services German Build offers, I would not expect them to be the cheapest. Yet for everything from start to finish that German Build had to offer and did for us, I felt that they were fair and reasonable in their cost proposal. Thank you for everything, Jürgen!

I had bought a House in Marbella that was in need of complete renovation. I came across the company german build and discussed all my wishes with them, nothing was too crazy for them and they helped with all the possibilities. At german build they think with you !
