I highly recommend Miguel and his team! They are experts when it comes to waterproofing and made our terrace look amazing. They turned up on time, minimized impact on us by closing the terrace door and cleaned up after themselves in the shared areas (staircase etc). Miguel tested the waterproofing by filling the terrace with water overnight which was pretty impressive to watch. Of course, it worked and the terrace is now leak free. What I liked the most was their attention to detail. For example: they asked if we wanted to have the edges of the tiles lined up with the edges of the wall tiles. We did want them lined up and so they did. Miguel also colour matched the paint and unless you know that work had been done, you wouldn't notice that some of the paint on the wall is newer. Last but not least: the waterproofing comes with a 10 year guarantee. In summary: we now have an awesome terrace which we'll enjoy for many years to come.
