Contratamos a Construcciones y Reformas TJ para realizar una reforma integral en nuestra casa de Salobre Golf. Desde el principio nos asesoran en los materiales a elegir y nos dieron ideas de diseño y decoración que superaron nuestra expectativas. La ejecución de la obra se llevó en plazo y se desarrollaron de manera profesional, sin problemas, y sin sustos en el presupuesto ya que se iba ajustando a las nuevas peticiones y en todo momento estaba controlado. En general quedamos muy satisfechos con el resultado y los recomendaríamos sin ninguna duda.

Servicio pésimo, el trato al cliente ha sido horrible, además el tiempo de espera es demasiado, el personal totalmente te quita la ganas de trabajar con ellos.

We were looking around for a contractor and through a contact at DOGAR Cocinas, we were recommended to work with the team at Construcciones y Reformas TJ. It was important for us that we worked with a company who understood our desired outcome which was a clean, modern, fresh look – and a look at the projects completed on their website confirmed this for us. A huge plus is that we could arrange all this in English! Our wish list was pretty clear: clear the apartment, plaster throughout, new floor tiles, preparation work for the new bathroom and kitchen, painting, airco etc. With a few clarification emails back and forth Construcciones y Reformas TJ was able to prepare an initial budget for us to confirm. What was unusual about this project is that we purchased the apartment without seeing it due to a tenant not allowing viewings. We did not get to see it until after the purchase and it was vacated. It was clear then that we needed to add into the project: roller blinds, new sliding doors, wardrobe, new wiring throughout and new plumbing due to the age of the building. Across the 13 weeks of renovation, Construcciones y Reformas TJ kept us informed of the progress and sent regular updates and photos. Questions obviously arose from both sides – and these were answered quickly and in detail. Our only delay in the project we caused ourselves by sending lighting for the kitchen and bathroom from our supplier in The Netherlands to Gran Canaria with UPS. UPS managed to not ‘release’ the boxes for over a month – they arrived the day we did and Construcciones y Reformas TJs’ electrician had them installed the same day for us! I would certainly work with Construcciones y Reformas TJ again. The ease of having an experienced project manager to guide this renovation smoothly cannot be underestimated. I have managed two projects here at home – but to do this in Gran Canaria, remotely, with a very basic grasp of Spanish and Spanish processes would have been impossible. We are very happy with the result and cannot wait to get back to enjoy our time in the apartment. It is an investment, but if you want a quality end result without the headache – then I would choose Construcciones y Reformas TJ.
