Contacté a Mi Solar a través de su página web para optimizar un sistema de placas solares. Jack me contactó enseguida y ya, desde la primera conversación telefónica, me dio información muy valiosa y aclaró muchas dudas. Coordinamos una visita y rápidamente vino a evaluar el sistema y los servicios que podría ofrecernos. Era evidente que tiene un conocimiento profundo del tema. Luego de una minuciosa inspección, debido la magnitud de la instalación, nos recomendó que contactáramos con una empresa industrial dado que Mi Solar se especializa en placas solares para residencias. Estamos muy agradecidos con Jack y Mi Solar.

Empresa muy profesional y eficiente. Una instalación perfecta y con calidad. Estaba preocupado por el tejado y las tejas pero fue una preocupación inútil. Han dejado todo muy correcto. My experience with MiSolar has been nothing less than amazing. From the point when Jack came out to discuss and quote me a solution all the way till 7 months later when I had a problem with grounding in my house. They have always been responsive and super helpful. I will highly recommend them!

The good: Panels went up efficiently, are producing power. The bad: Everything after sales. 1. Electronics installed in a place that is difficult for my parents to reach. 2. Installed in such a way that the energy usage of the pool pump does not register in the data from the solar app. 3. The app for the solar panels is not available in the Google Play Store, you have to download it separately. 4. We were told the system is proactively monitored for problems, and they contact us to resolve any issues. This is not the case. The system was unreachable for several days over Christmas, and we only noticed after opening the app. 5. We were told they proactively assess different electricity supplier rates and can switch between suppliers to get us the best deal. That doesn't happen. 6. A structural survey to ensure the roof could hold the panels was not carried out before installation. We were asked to do this almost a year later for an extra EUR 250 as part of getting the IBI reduction. 7. The original owner of the company left. This was not communicated to customers, so we continued sending him messages which were ignored / did not bounce back.

We have just completed the process of having solar panels. The panels were installed in June by a professional, courteous friendly team and everything went very smoothly. Phil was very helpful with the initial quote and Jack has guided us through the process taking time to explain everything. We were warned that the paperwork could take a while to complete but everything has only taken 8/9 weeks. We highly recommend MiSolar and will not hesitate to use them again if we decide to expand our system. Thank you Jack and all the team for a fantastic job and continuing support. 6 months later we decided to have an EV car charger installed and didn't hesitate to contact Jack again. Within a week of asking for a quote our new system was up and running. They worked out the most discreet way of installation in keeping with the property and carried the work out very quickly and efficiently. They are a very friendly and helpful team and always take time to explain everything. Highly recommended.
